About Me.....

Rhonda Smith is an award-winning Marketing and Art Director as well as a published author. She has 15 years experience in communications, business development, marketing and management.

Under her direction, a non-profit Denver educational
organization grew to be an international presence. She led a creative team that developed the largest online interactive video streaming academy in the US. In a three year period, she was honored with twenty-three ADDY (American Advertising Federation) Awards.

Rhonda's great, great-grandparents settled Hobbs, NM and she has family scattered throughout the state. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University and was also the ‘Student of the Year’ in 1996, a first for a student from the Art Department. Her academic achievements earned her recognition as part of USA Today newspaper’s All-Academic team.

Rhonda is passionate about people, education and utilizing her gifts to make a positive difference in the world. Her expertise on the Baby Boomer generation and their impact on the US economy, particularly New Mexico, is very valuable.

It has long been a desire to be a valuable player of a team that is interested in progressive and evolving business practices.

Rhonda served as an Advisory Board Member for the Santa Fe Chapter of the American Red Cross. She also frequently donates her design skills to non-profit agencies like Habitat for Humanity and the Kitchen Angels.

Aside from business, Rhonda has two beautiful daughters that are truly the joy of her life. She loves to travel to wonderful places with them and to make them laugh.

What and/or who inspires you the most?

The people who inspire me the most are those who have overcome challenges and who make the choice moment by moment to be grateful and to inspire others.

What I Love About Myself Is......

I want to be inspired and to inspire others. I love to see each person's highest and best self and to hold that up for them. I love to see the most positive outcome for any situation and to hold that potential as a goal for myself and others.
