- I love being a PI. I'm so good at it because I never get caught! I look nothing like a typical "PI" so I definitely have an advantage. I'm super passionate about helping women in our society and I want my agency to be centered around that. I currently volunteer with the Domestic Violence center in Baton Rouge so unlike typical PI firms, my agency will have a women's domestic resource center that includes therapists, legal volunteers, and domestic violence intervention to help them deal with the emotional stress unfavorable domestic situations can bring. I'm definitely excited about the possibilities!

- Yes, my bio is very "different"! lol Well, my cousin and I were both models years ago and she used to type reports for a detective agency. I went to her job once and was introduced to the owner of the company. He told me about his line of work and I became completely amazed by his experiences. He allowed me to be an apprentice for about a year and the rest is history! I've been a Private Investigator for about 4 years now and I totally love what I do!

The business is doing okay, thanks -- we're hanging in there through this tough economic situation, so that's a good sign. In fact, I'm just about to launch a redesigned website (but am waiting until after Christmas so as not to risk a glitch and being "down" during peak shopping times.) BTW, I saw Aimee's note below -- I've used prweb too -- they're great. All the best to you as the holiday season approaches like a fasst moving train! Karen
